Hours
As of June1, 2022, our hours will be:
Nacogdoches Location: We are open Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 6 PM, Saturday from 7 AM to 1:30 PM, and Sunday from 8 AM to 10 AM and 4 PM to 6 PM.
Center Location: We are open Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 6 PM, Saturday from 8 AM to 2 PM, and Sunday from 4 PM to 6 PM.
Grooming is done Monday through Friday during business hours. Drop offs are welcome and will be worked in, but appointments are preferable to minimize wait times and stress on your pet.
Our appointments are a bit different than others'. We don't have specific time slots or expectations for your pets. We work all our guests at their pace. This is extremely important to us! We want your pet to have the most pleasant experience possible, and be glad to return. We feel so strongly about this that we have become Fear Free Certified this year!
Boarding guests are welcome to arrive anytime during business hours. Checkout time is 11am. Your pet is welcome to stay later, it just means there will be a $15 day care fee added. Out of hours pick up or drop off without notification will be charged an additional $30.
We answer the phones during business hours, but if you get our voicemail, it is because we are exercising or otherwise loving on your pets! We spend a lot of time with our four legged friends!
Please do leave a message with your name and number. (Caller ID does not always work.) We will call you back just as soon as we can. Remember that we will be very busy the first and last hour of the day, so you will be less likely to reach us at those times.
Customer service and loving pet care is our very top priority. You are welcome to call and check on your fur babies anytime during business hours. It is never an intrusion. We love our pets and understand how important yours are!
